Born and raised in Toronto, Nariko grew up playing any sport she could. However, after suffering multiple concussions, she discovered her love for the gym and used fitness as way to satisfy her competitive nature. Over the last 5 years, she has immersed herself in the fitness world and has subsequently developed a deep passion for not only improving her own physical fitness, but helping others do the same. Experienced in group fitness as a spin and HIIT instructor, she is ready to push you to your limits with high energy, music driven circuits that are equally challenging as they are fun. “The best part about working in group fitness” she says, “is the sense of community that is created when individuals of all ages, abilities and backgrounds come together to support one another in achieving things they never thought they could”.
