Heart & Brain Coherence Meditation
Leader of our Heart & Brain Coherence Meditation classes, Michelle teaches us how to transform our negative emotions to arrive in a state of inner happiness and peace, no matter the external stressors. Michelle is a HeartMath Practitioner, a mindfulness practitioner and is trained in Emotional Freedom Techniques. She is the author of the upcoming book You are Enough: A transformation journey to finding your inner happiness and peace. Michelle’s expertise is in transforming emotional and physical pain. Her life’s project is to arm others with the skills to reprogram and rewire their subconscious mind, body and spirit, overcoming disruptive patterns of behaviours and limiting beliefs. She is enthusiastic about the “amazing, vibrant and positive environment and people at POWER10”. Michelle has a degree in Occupational Therapy from Queen's University, as well as membership of the Complimentary Therapists Accredited Association.
