Heart & Brain Coherence Meditation
Michelle’s expertise is in transforming emotional and physical pain. Her life’s project is to arm others with the skills required to reprogram the subconscious mind, body and spirit - overcoming disruptive patterns of behaviours and limiting beliefs. As the leader of our Heart & Brain Coherence Meditation classes, Michelle teaches us how to move away from our negative emotions to arrive in a state of inner happiness and peace. Michelle is a HeartMath practitioner, a mindfulness practitioner, and is trained in Emotional Freedom Techniques. She is the author of the upcoming book You Are Enough: A Transformation Journey to Finding Your Inner Happiness and Peace. Michelle has a degree in Occupational Therapy from Queen's University, as well as membership of the Complimentary Therapists Accredited Association.
