Growing up, Laura’s background in various physical activities such as basketball and rugby sparked her interest in pursuing a career in the fitness industry. Certified in personal training, strength & conditioning, and over 5 years of fitness experience, Laura believes wholeheartedly that a strong capable body is the foundation of human health! She describes her approach to training as “It is not about the amount of time we put in, but the quality of the time we put in to reach our goals.” With a philosophy like this, expect to work hard, challenge yourself, and have lots of fun in Laura’s Power10 classes!
