We devote time to social events, talks and happenings that keep our like-minded crew growing in knowledge. We are outward looking, offering POWER10 Retreats in inspiring locations worldwide through our sister company Purescapes. We also draw in local businesses, inviting them to enjoy our bonding, high-octane corporate challenges.

RETREATS

Through our sister company, Purescapes, POWER10 offers twice-yearly small-group retreats for body and mind. These are exclusive to our members and for up to 20 people.

For more than a decade Purescapes has set the gold standard for fitness holidays in gorgeous locations around the world. Expect an array of fun sporting activities, personal training, highly individualised attention, holistic therapies and health-giving nutrition.

Winter retreats are in the Caribbean. Summer retreats generally take place in Europe. Flexibility is needed during the time of coronavirus, though, and we are listening to feedback from members.

CORPORATE TEAM BUILDING

Taking wellness challenges with colleagues is proven to pep up office morale, rewarding hard-working teams with much-needed endorphins. Our corporate challenges create camaraderie, mutual encouragement and, sometimes, hilarity. We create the challenge and bring the good vibes – you just bring the people. We recommend rowing for team challenges because it induces both competition and collaboration. Plus, you get to blow your colleagues out of the water.

EVENTS & SEMINARS

We are very excited about the events we are bringing to the heart of the POWER10 community. The focus is wellness, in all its forms. We wrap it up in roundtable discussions, panels, and webinars that unfold each month. An upcoming example is a seminar led by functional training maestro Dr Greg Wells, author of Powering Better Health, Performance & Results. Greg will talk about the nuts and bolts of how to bulletproof the body and mind against injury and impeded progress.
