Power flow yoga is a powerful, energetic form of yoga where you move fluidly from one pose to the next while connecting your breathing to movement. These movements are called vinyasas. Some postures are held for longer to activate muscle strength, endurance and stability while also providing opportunity for improving flexibility. This practice definitely facilitates you to become STRONG and LONG with practice. Performed in a slightly heated studio in order to promote maximum sweat production!
POWER10 YOGA WITH WEIGHTS
This power flow yoga class utilizes weights in between flows in order to increase the muscular challenge of your practice. A lot of emphasis is on the back of your body- rear shoulders and your mid and lower back muscles. In addition, weights are sometimes used to add core challenge. When you can’t decide between doing yoga or weights this is the class for you-with this one you get a bit of both and end up with a bit of zen at the end!
